With this in mind, we offer private demonstrations at our mobility shop in Newcastle where our team will show you how to use our equipment safely and efficiently.

We have a private consultation room where we will show you how to use the equipment of your choice, so you can feel comfortable and confident using it at home. Whether the equipment is for yourself or a client, we will ensure you know the ins and outs of the equipment from day one.

Book a showroom appointment today. Our team would be more than happy to provide a professional demonstration.

COVID-19 Information

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we recommend booking an appointment to visit our mobility shop in Newcastle. This ensures that we have control over how many visitors are on-site at one time and minimise the risk of infection.

All of our frontline workers are fully vaccinated, wear masks and follow the NSW COVID-19 Guidelines. Our sales consultants sanitise before and after meeting with customers and if requested, we can also have them wear gloves for your protection. We ask that all customers sanitise their hands before entering the premises.

If you have a fever or any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for both your safety and ours.

In terms of our hire equipment (e.g. lifting hoists, mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, gentry systems and ceiling hoists), we pay special attention to cleaning the products before and after the hire period. We sterilise all of our equipment to ensure it’s clean, safe and sanitised. Likewise, for in-home equipment trials, we will always sanitise the equipment before delivery and once it has been returned to us.

We are committed to keeping our customers safe — for more information, read through our COVID-19 Policy.
